One piece of carrot cake for Easter and ????

on week 6 of strict contest diet--decided to splurge and have one piece of carrot cake for easter sunday and BAM!!!!! been to the bathroom 6 times since then---amazing how when your diet is super clean for only six weeks--one fat laden food can kill your system???

anybody else splurge yesterday and have their stomach pay for it????

2 days ago I sent an email to the guy who is preparing me for a show and I told him that here in my country(Portugal) we have a tradition to eat lamb during easter sunday and he said that it was ok if I had ONLY the lamb and no carbs but I eneded up not eating nor the lamb nor the desserts. I dont want to mess up my diet cause Im only 2 weeks out of my show

I went to the horse races this weekend for a nice splurge weekend, and I ate 2 polish sausages and had quite a few beer.

I spent all day yesterday payin for it, too! lol

Ate good all day, cme home and killed a pizza before bed. Now I still feel like shit.
