The Arnold was great, like always. The expo though, gets old pretty quick especially with everyone going crazy and jumping over everyone just for an EAS T-shirt. But the eye candy was nothing short of spectacular. :p
 
Haven't been in the best frame of mind lately... so i tired of the expo rather quick and proceeded to start drinking. It was amazing to see all those people crammed in like rats in a cage. Plus I had to get a picture with a few guys... you just want to see how much these guys dwarf you.
 
Very cool buddy. Looks like Ronnie is about to bend you over and give you some man love.
 
What the hell is it with the ubiquitous bodybuilder "Thumbs Up" pose.

I think it should be added to the list of compulsory poses somewhere between the most muscular and the ab & thigh.
 
Yeah Saint that pic you had in your avatar awhile ago did you no justice at all. I didn't realize you were as big as you are.

BTW- nice picture I would love a picture like that myself....but with me in it with Ronnie of course.

people are surprised when they meet me in person... i would love to get to 230 at 10% or less... and eventually i will.

236 right now around 18%... i know i know... but i stopped dieting for the winter... plus i was really fat before and haven't ben training as long as most members here.

They are athletic packs... and what else am I going to carry my minidisk, straps and other gear in???

FYI - thats not a 'candid' shot.
Candid is more of a shot where the subjects arent aware the pic is being taken.

Cutler is a stand up guy,I got a pic with him when he was at a local supp shop,but I was wearing some goofy ass shirt that made my waist look huge

So the fat looks more... porportional... I've seen plenty of bigger people that look more porportional than me.. since im tall and a bit overweight.. ive got the damn "luvhandles", and it just... I hate the way it looks.. but oh well... its coming off eventually anyways..
 
just hit up the cardio and youll be stakked like massivegunz in no time. luv handles will be all gone. a little synthetic chemical help is always a plus to. that advice is free from the swam. i'll have to charge you next time.
