i've read different approaches on when to take this after the workout. some have said w/in the first half hour, then have a protein shake afterwards. some mix it with their shake. some sip on this shit for an hour or more, etc. i'm just looking to make the use of this post workout "window of opportunity" for growth. so when do you usually take this shit? also, can you give me some mixer ideas for it? like, what do you mix this shit with?
