I am going to put in my order now for IP's 50 mg winny and 10mg anavar. I need some help first.

Should I go with:

50mgs winny ED (6weeks)
20mgs anavar ED (6weeks)

or

50mgs ED winny ED (6weeks)
40mgs anvar ED (3 weeks)

I am 6'1" 205 - about 15% bf- I would like to be about 205 lbs but about 8-9% bf- what should my protein and carb levels be, and calories assuming 40 mins of cardio 5x a week.

First time using either one of these steroids. So what would you do? If I should at more of the winny or anavar I can probably work that out too. Thanks for the help!
 
The winny looks fine. Anavar ain't cheap, but I think the results would be better on the 40mg/day. That said, if you can afford it, try it for 6 weeks. Also, since you are only running them for 6 weeks, I think you will get a good intro to both of these compounds. Also, when your normal test gets shut down, you will be off soon enough, so no need to add any test.

I think Huckleberry is the guy that ran anavar at 50mg/day and had phenomenal results. Also, 300kleen loves the stuff.

You don't say what your goals are, but I am assuming this is a cutting cycle. That said, I am not a big fan of cardio. Look at Richard Simmons. To lose fat, not just weight, but fat, you need to deplete the glycogen in your muscles, and the only thing that will do that is anaerobic training, i.e. lifting weights.

Limit your carbs, they don't need to be zero, but be careful of simple sugars, i.e. soft drinks, candy, etc. For protein, your lean body mass is about 175 pounds, so aim for that or a little higher in grams.

For calorie levels, keep them around 10-12 calories per pound body weight. DON'T GO TOO LOW. If your metabolism starts to slow at 10 calories/pound, up your calories. Otherwise, your body will start to conserve fat. Obviously, the anabolics will help, so this is not a huge worry, just something to watch for.

Water, water, water. Did I mention water. If you are not sufficiently hydrated, your body will resist burning fat. So drink some water.
