One-day arm cure

I was wondering if any of you had tried the "one day arm cure", and with what results?

I believe that SSAlexSS did this. Couldn't work out any other muscle for about 2 weeks afterwards.

havent tried this, but it sounds pretty ridiculous.

an inch in one day? one workout session?

and besides, from my experience, it's pretty much impossible to work biceps that much

I agree that it doesn't sound that great. Just in my experience, the more conservative programs generally work better for me.

but honestly, if it were possible to get so much of a gain in one day, i'd tthink people would have known of it by now.. and it would be more popular
