After about eight years of lifting, I'm planning on doing my first cycle toward the end of this year. I'd like to do the one cycle to just break my natural barriers, then go from there.
Assuming that all goes well and I'm happy at the end of the cycle, am I a complete idiot to think I won't want to do another one?
