one arm press?

This exercise is recommended for bench ME day on efsystems - what does this exericse consist of, the index on the site doesn't list it? Is it a bench with one arm? That sounds dangerous...

im pretty sure they're with dumbbells...i dont remember seeing them as ME, but i do remembber seeing them as an assistance excercise

I assume it's a one-arm dumbbell bench press, and they're fun!

It's pretty effective for hitting the stabalizing muscles, especially once you get to heavier weights.

This may be what your are referring to, though I don't think this would be an ME exercise, maybe an assistance for shoulders.
