Are there any benefits in injecting 400mgs of Test Cyp all at once every 7 days vs. that of injecting it split into two doses of 200mgs spread 3-4 days apart?

It won't make much difference to be honest, but twice per week is more ideal just for the stable blood level aspect. You probably wouldn't notice a difference either way though.

Well, the truth is that I ran out of test prop (my go to test), but I have a couple of vials of test cyp to use in the meantime while my test prop arrives.

Ill probably be on the test cyp for about 2-3 weeks before getting back on the test prop.

Should I just take the full 400mgs all at once since I'm only going to be on the test cyp for 2-3 weeks?

There's only so much exogenous test that can become bioavailable, especially when there's a big peak. The more you take, the more that's wasted. Using something to lower SHBG (Proviron, UNLEASHED, Arimidex) will help make MORE T available but it's still better to take smaller doses more often. Also, Doing it all at once means that after 8-9 days ALL of it will be almost inert active, whereas if you split it up, more would available the second half of the second week.

Is there some reason you are against twice per week? If you are used to pinning EOD with Test P anyways, I don't see what the big deal is to just do twice per week with cypionate.

I think he is under the impression that Injecting it all in one large dose will make it kick in faster like prop would, since he ran out of it. The ester will ultimately determine this, not the
amount

Split it into 2 shots, there is only so much your body can take at once.

Split the dose. More stable blood levels n less is wasted during its peak
