Are you getting ready to compete or just getting ready for summer and the babes...LOL. You look good.

Satch, lately you must have done some changing. You went from looking alright to look
very good. I'm impressed. :)

to answer some question:

first off, i dont plan on competing.
i actually would love to one day, but i had a few injuries that have left me somewhat not suitable for competing.. nothing serious.

about the transformation..

well, the last year has been focused exclusively on my work and bb'ing.
i learned how so hard it is to get in good shape.
i mean.. sure there are those who can gain 10 pounds by just lookin at a dumbell..
but i'm a hardgainer... and it was hard!!

i admire bros like quadsweep who have made bb'ing part of their life..
not just a 'phase'.

this is where the transformation begins... by incorporating the hard habits involved with bb'ing into our daily routine and by realizing that major SACRIFICE must be made to achieve this success.

thanks for the feedback my friends..

and QUADSWEEP'S SISTER:

i love you

Wow...thanks for loving me, that's the nicest thing anybody's said to me all day - LOL!

Really - you do look great from the avatar picture (which is all i can see since i am not Plat). As a long time BB and "Dieter"...I can truly appreciate all the work and sacrifice you've put forth. Many people who don't diet and train as religiously find it hard to understand 'why', but I do. So again I say fantastic job and I hope you achieve all your goals.
