On the go workout food

I need some good(and CHEAP) ideas for on the go workout food for people in a hurry to get to school/work in the morning. Help me add to my list:

Protein
Canned Tuna

Carbs
Need some suggestions here, I heard bread is bad for you. The other alternative I've seen, oatmeal, takes too long to make.

Fat
Peanut Butter

I'm sure everybody could benefit from a list like this. The important thing I really need is food that is cheap and doesn't take more than a minute to prepare. Thanks.

Oatmeal takes a long time to cook? not by my watch, only 1-2 min in the microwave. Proteins: eggs are probably the best by far, meat is good w/ the george foreman grill only 5min. Carbs: yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, pasta. fat: peanut butter, olive oil, peanut oild, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, olives.

canned tuna
canned salmon
canned chicken
low fat smoked meat
eggs

carbs :
whole wheat bread

fat:
all nuts, almonds,....
 
Ya as for carbs on the go I would have 7 grain bread or these wheat crackers. Both were super low gi. Plain cheerios are another.
