I need some good(and CHEAP) ideas for on the go workout food for people in a hurry to get to school/work in the morning. Help me add to my list:
Protein
Canned Tuna
Carbs
Need some suggestions here, I heard bread is bad for you. The other alternative I've seen, oatmeal, takes too long to make.
Fat
Peanut Butter
I'm sure everybody could benefit from a list like this. The important thing I really need is food that is cheap and doesn't take more than a minute to prepare. Thanks.
