on sust cycle: having trouble sleeping.. please help

I have been on 250mg/sust for 1 week now. Each night I have had trouble falling asleep, and am waking up throughout the night only not to get back to sleep. Any one have any remedies for this ? I certainly can't hit the nyquil every night, and I know sleeping drugs are addicting n shit but will they fuck with my cycle ?? It SUCKS and is making me want to stop my cycle.

ps.. dunno if this has anything to do with it, but I was smoking cigarettes for about 4 months, and two days before i started my cycle i quite. I don't get craving's like I use to on Test, but I wonder if it is contributing.

hmm my x girlfirnd had the same probleme after she quited smoking but then again all she smoked was weed anohter thing i could be is overtraning! i have trouble if im overtraind give ti anohter week hope you will feel better
 
Testosterone is a CNS stimulant. It is indded the source of your less than restfull nights. Melatonin works well and is as safe as you can go for sleeping assistance.
 
There are these sleeping pills you can get at any drug store, I forget the name of them.. I think it's sleepy time or something like that.. They come in a blue box and they are from the makers of Tylenol PM. I take 2 30 min before I go to bed and it works great for me. When you wake up you feel a little drowsy but once it wears off the rest of they day you feel very refreshed.
 
I just finished a 500 sust & 300 deca cycle and the
only side effect I got so far is the lack of sleep.
One: because at times I was getting night sweats.
Two: because at times I was feeling a bloated pump
throughout my body while at rest, incredible!
 
Sleep

I never had a problem sleeping.....I was so dead working out in the morning & then again at night. Here is what I did to make sure I did not wake up. Buy a big box fan......a noisy bastard. Put it beside your face blowing at you.....when you close your eyes.....concentrate on the noise and the air blowing on your face....make sure it's on high......that'll do it......when I was a trainer I told everybody about it and all said it worked.

thanks for your replies.. yes sust is the only thing i am doing and now that someone mentioned it I wonder if (at one point) I was overtraining and its carried over a week :) I dunno, I'm gonna give it some more time. thanks ..
 
I had the same problem on my Sust cycle. I picked up some 'Simply Sleep' pills from the makers of TylenolPM. They are non-addictive - have no pain relievers and work pretty well. Make sure you have a good 8-10 hours to sleep so you won't feel groggy.
