i'm not a novice i use to do shows in the early 90's. so i've done alot of gear. i usually do a 6 week cycle every year just to keep in shape. i have good genetics so i usually don't need alot to get big. i've done prope before but usually with other stuff. i'm doing the 50 mgs winnie tabs now & i just want to implement this in. so how would you suggest doing it. thanks!
