havent been here for a bit because i dont have the net temporarily...but i will get it shortly (hopefully).

in the meantime - i will pay for my platinum membership now (class starts at 130, its 1 right now)...if i can just get the answer to this question:

can i change my avatar with fewer than 500 posts with platinum membership?

I dont know for sure, but since the platinum thing has come along, I don't believe the avatar rule has changed. You still need 500 posts, platinum or not.

If you go into Edit Options and scroll down the the Avatar field, you can click on "More info..." According to that, you still need 500 posts.

damn, i guess in that case i will have to wait some time...i guess it doesnt matter...i still feel bad about not paying for the platinum when george already activated the account...i just havent been online much lately...so my apologies and i will pay as soon as i get to a computer (and dont have class right after)

ok, i think it worked ok, and the pay pal went through...hope everything is ok, and i get the email receipt, or else i will try another day...again, im sorry about the delay, but i haven't been on the net for a while, because i lost it at home temporarily...so i will be using the account at school...just wondering, if i find im not using the account as much as i would like to be (ie if my net stays gone), is it difficult to cancel the subsequent months...last question...does the $11.97 get billed to my VISA on a monthly basis?
