Been nearly a year...but I'm really starting to feel stronger again. Sunday was a milestone day for me in my training as I set a new deadlift PR.

I deadlifted 711 after doing 36" Chain Susp GM's (deeeep for me), heavy Conan's Wheel, 345 farmers, heavy atlast stones, and setting a PR with 600 on the double overhand grip deadlift. Hopefully I can keep the ball rolling in the right direction over the next few months.

Just remember that one injury doesn't mean that it is the end...just another stepping stone to learn from.
