How does the on-line overseas pharmacy work. They state I do not need to show a prescription when ordering proscar. Bottom- line, if I give them my credit card # am I going to get my shit or is it going to be confiscated or something.

As far as the legitimacy of the Pharmacy is anyones guess, but if your sure you trust them, an order of tabs can be taken out of the box and sent in a standard envelope. These kind of packages rarely if ever attract attention as long as it doesn't say something fucked like "Mexican online Medications" on the envelope. The bottom line is that ordering online is a godsend when it goes to plan and a kick in the nuts when it goes ass up.
