SO i started my deca.. I just took my third shot today. Last week i took 2 300mg shots Monday/Frday.. I am wondering when I should really start noticing my strength increase,, and by how much weight. I bench 250 right now as a one rep max and am wondering what it should get to around my tenth shot.. I am increasing to 3 shots per week starting next week..(i know that a lot) also I know people say dont just take deca.. so i will be adding about 30mg of dbol per day after my 4th week. if anyone wants to tell me of there personal strength gains from deca id appreciate it.. thanks
