On Cycle Supps

Now that I'm on my 1st cycle (test cyp only) I am considering what supps I can leave and what ones I should continue taking, and what ones I should add. I was hoping for some advice from the experts. Here's my list.

Multi vitamin (friggin horse pill)
BCAAs
7-Keto
Carnitine
Citrimax
Glutamine
Melatonin
Lycopene
Saw Palmetto
Kava Kava

That list doesn't include things like my protein shakes, etc. Basically its just my pills.

I'm 6'1" 225 17% BF (dexa scan) and 40 yo. My goal right now is to get to 235 and 13% bf in 6 months. Diet is tight (I allow myself one Baconator a month - god damn they taste good).

I'm VERY sensitive to stimulants. I can't do more than one cup of coffee in the morning or bad things happen.

Very realistic goals. Sounds like you have about all the bases covered imo. But I AM NOT an expert, so if needto, mava, guardian, ect, contradict me, listen to them. Since you aren't taking any orals I don't really see the point of a liver protectant. How long is your cycle?
 
Melatonin increases estrogen, Saw Palmetto lowers DHT. Glutamine can not be absorbed orally. Citimax is useless. Kava Kava is a sedative. BCAA are good but high in most protein supps. (BIG BLAST is very high in BCAA)>

Dude, look at the sponsers, UNLEASHED, Dermacrine, POST CYCLE, AMP02. That's what everyone is using.
 
Sugashane - my cycle is 14 weeks.

Nelson - Glutamine can not be absorbed orally? I had never heard that before.

AMPO2 has stimulants. I don't know much about the others.

I agree with all of the above except I believe glutamine can be absorbed orally...with great effectiveness if I may add.

I was just wondering how long you would be taking test. The long you take it (and more of it you take) the greater chance of suppression you will have. You didnt mention anything about PCT, which is really important to keeping your gains. Read the PCT sticky to learn more about them. A good PCT will get your natty test going again and help keep you from losing much from stopping the cycle.

Melatonin is used as a sleep aid correct? My girl gave me them a couple times they worked, I will stay away if its gonna fuck wiht my estrogen

Thanks for the reminder. I think there are more posts here about good PCT than there is about juice! To be honest, if I hadn't read everything here, I would never have been able to make a plan.

Ok, thats good. Its just sad to see how frustrated some people get because their gains from their cycles don't hold up. Well, if you bust your ass, eat well, and do your gear and PCT correctly, you should be fast on track to completing your goals. Good luck!
