Hello bros, i think i've got this cycle all figured out. Well as figured out as an amateur like my self can have it. The plan is Helladrol and Katanadrol for 6 weeks. Cycle intended for lean gains really. Not in a hurry to be at 7% body fat or less. Just want to add some lean size to what i got going on already. So here it is.
Helladrol Weeks 1-6 75mg per day
Katanadrol Weeks 1-5 4 caps per day
HC generate weeks 1-4
N2 guard weeks 1-6
Forma stanzol weeks 1-10
Post cycle + Unleashed weeks 7-10
Bridge weeks 5-8
Diet is basically to ingest as much lean protein good carbs fruits and veggies as humanly possible. In variety of course.
My split is
Day 1 bicep tricep
Day 2 Legs and calves
Day 3 Shoulders and traps
Day 4 off
Day 5 back
Day 6 chest and calves.
Yes calves twice.Im one of those guys that is supposed to wheigh about 150lbs at 5'10 but i fight it every step of the way.right now at 192lbs,maybe 10% body fat.
