on cycle HCG intake question

Hi guys, I will be running my first cycle of deca and test, my question is the dose of hcg varies on the qty of compounds you are stacking, on the type of compound or your cycle length? I was trying to find a standard dose online but some people take 1000 iu a week other 2000 and other just 500, thank you for your advice.

ps: what about hcgenerate I read guys using it all over the place, do I need to add it to the hcg dosage, and how many capsules?

hcg is a scam and does nothing to prevent shutdown on cycle. why waste your money on it?

instead why not use hcgenerate if you want to keep your balls plump, it also helps balance cholesterol
