On Cycle A-Dex Dosage

When and at what dosage do i need to take adex on cycle to prevent side effects. On my last cycle i was pretty prone to sides so i want to play it safe this time

Cycle
Sus 200 mg E3D weeks 1-12
Eq 200 mg E3D weeks 1-?? (when i run out)(like 14 weeksish)
D-Bol 40 mg ED weeks 1-4

Nova at the end 20 or 40 mg ed ??????????????weeks 12-16???????????

I would like an answer on the nova too please

Bro you should be fine with .25mg EOD it should cut estrogen by about 50%, if it seems to be stopping gains go to every three days. The Nolva should be fine at 20mg's get some over the counter pct, like sustain alpha, or post cycle too.
