on a Cylce but bad BACK Pains!?Help?!

hi guys,

i have been on a cycle for 2 weeks now, have been training hard as usual.

Over the last 3 days, my lower back has been hurting like crazy, all day long.

deep heat cream helps but only for a short while, it is really effecting my training

and preventing me from carrying heavy thing.

anyone else had this before? what can i do to stop the pain?

I was thinking that i should just add some deca to my cycle, aside from this what can i do?

help me please, here is what i am on and my stats.



i am on cycle of

250 sust(1amp) twice a week 12 weeks,
dbol 40mg ed 1st 5 weeks,
might add some winny for last 4 weeks as 50mg ed,
got nolv and clom for pct.

been on cycle for 2 weeks, gained 17lb in weight, so far.

am on very clean diet, high proteins, high carbs good fats all my vitamins minerals catered for.
consuming about 4000 calories a day.

train 4 times a week.

i am 25, 6 foot , 242 lbs, 18% bf.

any help would really be appreciated. thank you.

hey bro, read the thread, ok, i probably will cut back on the dbol, but out of interest, how long should i wait before the pain subsides?

just say i went down to 30mg ed will pain go in a day or a week? how much lower will i have to go before pain goes?

obviously i want to stay on the highest dose possible.

any idea?

im certainly no professonal but im currently on cycle of sust 250 and dbol. had to quit dbol after 3 weeks right kidney felt like it was gonna explode but i had sono done and came back negative. pain was to much. currently switched to winnie tabs and strenght gains are tremendous. just like i was told.... if you can tolerate the pain then take it if not dont. shit sucked. also i tried milk thistle and cranberry, didnt help.
 
also i cut dbol down to 20mg a day and pain stayed. came off of dbol for a day or 2 and pain was gone instantly. got back on and pain came back at 20 mg per day.

It wil affect everyone differently. It seems that you and d-bol are not good together. Milk thistle is for your liver so I don't see how that would help with your kidneys. Cranberry should help a little bit. How many other times have you ran d-bol?

Even switching to winstrol tabs, it's still an oral and will kill your chelosterol levels and dry out your joints. How long have you been running the winstrol?

only ran dbol once. been running winstrol for 1 wk 50mg ed. if i run into joint pain how can you avoid these sides? also sut 250 1xwk.(i know its low dose)
 
My lower back hurts really bad as well. It's not kidney pain but seems to be in the lower back itself. Like I pulled something doing deads or something.

What was your dose the first time you ran it?

With the joint pain, there isn't much you can do besides running a low dose of deca. Take in a lot of fish oils and flax oils if possible. This will help with your chelosterol a little. You might want to also run some garlic tabs as well as niacin.

Be sure to get your blood work done a few weeks after PCT.
 
Are you eating your dbol at once? How much water are you drinking?
 
i currently am taking fish oil pills 3 x day. first dose dbol was 30mg even went down to 15mg before work outs but i wanted to have conststancy to cycle rather than takem here and there. i may have some questions about pct so rather than jup on this thread ill pm you if thats cool?

No problem.
 
Split your dose into twice a day. Cut Dbol to 40mg.
20mg A.M. - 20mg 8 hours later.
ALSO, take a potassium and L-arginine supplement. And drink alot of water.
 
lower back pain from d-bol is due to water retension in your lower back muscles causing them to be tight and therfore the pain. water build up is due to d-bol converting to estrogen so you could try an anti-e like arimidex would be my first suggestion. you could run your nolva if you dont have any arimidex and see how that works for ya. if it helps then id invest in some arimidex cause eventually the test will also covert to estro and cause the same issue maybe not as extreme. i know if i dont run an anti-e with anything that converts easily then i run into lower back pain.

I am gonna stay on the same dose(i love the gains too much), i have started taking taurine, and drinking a further 3 pints of water every day.

I will bear the pain for now as i only have 10 days of dbol before the sust kicks in.

thanks again guys, also i have found that rubbing deep heat or an inbuprofen based cream does help.
