Omniballs!

Uh, it's great that you're taking your core work seriously, but this looks like about as much of a "miracle product" as that squat belt you bought. ;)

LOL!

Hey AB, sell me the squat belt I may need it soon :(

Heh I went and got the mail and lo and behold my issue of MILO was there. Those Omniballs look pretty cool, I may have to get a pair

LoL Now that you mention it . . .

AB, save $100 and buy those cheap floating plastic things you put under furniture legs to move it around. They're probably like $10 and they glide on carpet. But don't pay $100 to be gay. LoL

lol, you guys. I couldn't find a non-gay picture of them on the net, but they'd make more sense if you saw the MILO article. The article isn't specifically about the omniball. The guy wanted to improve on the ab-wheel so that you could move the hands independently and change their direction without having to lift the ab-wheel and turn it. He discounted a plastic massager ball as being too weak, then tried a metal 'ball transfer' device like they shift boxes on in manufacturing, but he used a single ball and found it didn't support the wrist enough. Then he discovered that someone had already created the omniball.

A manufacturing style ball transfer plate with four balls in it and a soft pad on top might be a good substitute.

I love that I'm in the UK and mine arrived before yours :lmao:

Dismantle a wheelbarrow and stick a DB bar through the wheel and then have someone push you around the park. That should be great for core endurance and flexibility.

My MILO arrived on Thursday.

LMAO! Awesome, BW. And I thought sled dragging would be embarrassing.

Just get a chain harness & trailer hitch on your car & push / pull that around the parking lot.

All the cool kids subscribe to MILO.

It's a nice journal for strength-sports, including olympic weightlifting, strongman, a bit of highland games, and basically anything strength-related. They'll have interviews, reprints of classic articles, new articles from top names, etc.
