I first heard about the idea of using sust ED or EOD from Squatdemon's article on sust use.
yeah - I read about it via that route too - I eventually found the post - but didn't have much time to read it so I couldn't find the clomid part.
so I think it is next week I start the clomid.
I hadn't thought too much about it b/c I'm used to just adding things to the cycle, but if I'm actually gonna "come down" then I need to do it well.
as for gains - I missed a week of lifting, ate like shit, and got nice and cut.
then I lifted more and still didn't eat well (eating like shit means not enough protein in my case, not necessarily all oreos dipped in melted butter... mmmm).
I also stopped lifting legs b/c my girlfriend doesn't like my legs bigger (and nothing fit) - so now I rarely do legs, and I lost an inch or two off of them.
all of my upper body has increased.
so I lost weight in my legs, but retained my overall weight, and got cut as well.
right at the 4th week, my lifts just went up crazy.
I had major pain in my forearms - like they were torn right open. ouchy. made tri workouts tough, but they are still my best part.
I haven't measured lastly... if I can find the shit I use I'll post the measurements as I recall them and then as they are now.
my number one weakness is my chest - well, and my nutrition.
so I'm hoping to come off the shita nd get myself in better shape clean, then if need be come in with the gear.
I never really had aspirations for bodybuilding, just wanted to be the men's health model.
now I have bigger arms than them, a stronger back, bigger traps, average lats, smaller chest, and nearly the same abs.
and probably legs are the same.
fucking chest. (I blame my tris being strong as to why my chest sucks)
