I was trying something new today so i took four eggs (two whole, two whites) whisked them and added some cinamon, splenda and some whey protein carried on whisking then got my microwave omlette maker and poured the mixture in it, i cooked it for about 2 minutes, turned it over and cooked for another minute and when i took it out the whole thing had the consistency of a tortilla or chapatti! I was like wow! I decided to let it cool and i put a tbsp of nat pb in it rolled it up and ate it like a wrap, it was really good! 
Thought i'd share maybe you guys might try that
Dunno if the protein powder make matters though
