What is whey? Where do i get it? How much? what sort of nutritional details can you share?

(I go to the gym regularly and talk with gymers nbut here in oz i never here the term whey)

whey is the serum or watery part of milk that is separated from the curd in making cheese, you can get it many places online just search for "whey protien", i use optimum nutrition.
