OMFG... I'm all freaked out now!

I attended a seminar about two months ago for a software that I use at work. Right before I leave a young guy apporaches me, makes small talk etc etc.. gives me his number and says to call him sometimes. Well... I never called or emailed him.. actually completely forgot about the whole incident.

So this morning, I drive in to work... pull in the parking garage and who pulls in behind me? OMFG... I didn't tell him where I worked. And even If I did the building I work in is in a awkard place thats in the valley of our main office.. so I get out my car.. and It this guy. HOLY FUCK! He's like I know this is crazy huh.. I was dropping my friend off down the road and I saw you pass...

So Im like wtf you followed me here . And he's wanting my number... etc etc.

Now I'm all weired out... This type of thing just isn't normal. Am I over reacting or should I be really cautious?

Be very cautious. Do you have building security? Gently alert them to this story. Should ANYTHING like this happen again with him: call the police so it's a matter of record. Should you 'accidentally' run into him again, make it very clear, polite but clear: I do not wish to see you, ever, take care.

Is he about 6'3", kind of goofy hair, Jersey accent?...

he might be totally weird, or he might just be a one in a million guy who is actually confident enough to forget all the bullshit social preconceptions about how we should/shouldnt act, saw something that he liked (he has good taste ) and will actually go out and get it, instead of letting lifes currents decide his fate

could be either/or, but the second one is worth gambling for, imo.

Did he leave without incident when you talked to him, or did he seem persistent?

Golden, that second thought is a possibility. But now I'm all weired out. At the seminar he seemed a bit skittish... all the while talking to me he'd say, I'm not hitting on you, I'm just intestersted in your work. ..

Then he asked to walk me to my car. I polietely declined and he went on his merry way. He's a young guy, if I had to guess I wouldn't put him over 20 years of age. I'm a subtle girl, I don't like hurting feelings, but looks like I'm gonna have to get a little rough..LOL.

I'm being cautious, IMO you never know what someone is capable of.

Oh.. and G.D. If you need Novel material.... Boy.. could I tell you some stories. hehe

he asked a few times... what are you doing this weeked, I was like i'm busy.. and then its how bout next weekend... Im like Im busy.. grrr....

I said.. look I have to get into work. He continues small talk, as I walk away, compliments.. lemme take you to lunch.. stuff like that. But he drove off.

I never drive directly home, I alway have a full agenda of things to do before, so thats a plus. I know his car and I'll be on the look out.
