I told him to have Amplify02 with about 30 grams of COMPLEX CARBS and extra water.

and it worked Perfect.

Have 30 grams of Carbs with water
wait about 1 minute, then have your dose of Amplify02 and make sure to have enough water to wash it down so it mixes
