Omega--GCovery question

Well some of my problems have since subsided and my bud stopped working out and never took the amp stack.......needless to say I started it last week.

What in the hell do you mix that god awful tasting G-covery with??? It seems to ruin everything. I gave up mixing it, I just divide out a heaping tablespoon into half and down the shoot raw with a water bottle in hand. Pretty brutal. If it does what it's supposed to it's worth the bad taste but goddamn.......

I took 12 caps of Amp02 with a few diet pepsis. I was fucking fried. Got me going go, and that's saying a lot because i've been on a lot of shit.

My bottles are marked "pure mcc"---is that the same as raw creatine? I've never messed with creatine much--do you really need to take it plain on an empty stomach or?? I've just been putting it in my protein shakes, except last night when I realized I hadn't had any for the day and was drinking beer. So I put it in my Bud bottle. Yeah I know......I did it just for shits and kicks cause I bet no one else has. Just training for strength---don't give a shit about anything else therefore I'll be having a 220z. sirloin or two and a few beers for dinner. I can't diet.
 
My strength has been really returning good......monday was first time after the accident i've been able to use 100lb+ dumbells. Nothing to do with the Amp stack though, just started it and hoping to get a real boost.
 
PureMCC is the Same as RawMCC, RawMCC sounded stronger to represent the product.

G-covery tastes Earthy, BLEND it with richly flavored Protein Powder in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio
The results are worth it.

Your right. Biggest problem was I was a lazy slob and only using a spoon. Someone gave me a container of choc. powder from my gym cause she didn't like it. I think Core Nutrition? Anyhow very rich. Blew my mind, with milk and a few ice cubes with a tbsp. of the gcovery I thought it actually tastes better.
