I was reading somehere that theres a ratio of Omega 3's to Omega 6's that one should try to keep at or it can be harmful? 4:1 or something? I guess too many Omega 6's is bad?

Try to keep your 3's above your 6's. Your 6's are found in the typical american foods everyone eats, that is why a normal american have their ratio all skewed. Include olive oil, canola oil, flax, nuts, seeds, fish and you should be ok.
