nice! i love the samples especially of salmon and the veggies.
whats your favorite green to get there omega?
i personally love the 6 dollar brocolli packs.

My diet on the omega program - particularly given my anal compliance in last 3 weeks - is purely (in rough order of consumption):

For meats: lean beef, salmon, chicken, tuna, kangaroo
Eggs of course and whey and skim milk are other protein sources

For carbs: oats, butternut squash, skim milk, and small amounts from fiberous greens, cocoa and cinnonom, and sometimes WMS PWO.

For fats: eggs, fish oil, flaxmeal seeds, and smaller amounts from beef, olive oil, oats etc

Fiberous veggies: spinach, onion, red peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, mushroom, brocolli, carrots

And...salt (no remaining vice, esp in the quantities I consume. But in fairness using butternut squash as a primary carb ensures very high potassium intake)

Chicken, Steak, Eggs, Turkey bacon!
Whole grain (pref 12 grain) bread.
Arugula spinach, onions, garlic, olive oil, juice ( for PWO)
sometimes feta for the salad.
chicken cut up in small pieces, onion and garlic fry in some olive oil... mmm oo good.
oh ya, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice for my salads.
For salt I use sea salt and that lasts long time.

I'm doing 3 days without sodium and milk to see if it actually bloats me. Hopefully will update photos this weekend if there is a difference.

I'm addicted to the salt shaker. But I also have a very high potassium intake (butternut squash is one of the best sources for eg)
