Omega 3

Hey i was just wondering what foods contain Omega 3, and exactly what it is...and if it is good while on a cutting diet or a bulking diet?.I'm try'ing to burn the fat right now , im not bulking up.You guys have been so helpful in the last month of my dieting , just wanted to say thanx , and keep the good advice coming.
 
Omega 3's are essential fatty acids. Omega 3's and omega 6's are need fats in the body. Omega 3 are need more than omega 6 and are found in fish oil, flaxseed oil, and any other kinds of fish. You need fat to burn fat, and these are the good kinds of fats. I think that flaxseed oil is the best to take and it comes in pill form so you don't have to down some good fish oil.:D
