Omega 3 whole eggs

Just wondering what people had to say about using these eggs in a low carb diet. I'm substituting fats for carbs and eating around 6-10 whole eggs a day.

Question really is does anybody else use this method or do you guys really stick to mainly just the egg whites an get your fat from other foods being that eggs are so high in cholesterol.

Omega 3 eggs are the way to go.
Been on these now for a few years and the yolks are packed with essential fatty acids.
Very good choice bro.

Personally I can taste a difference. Some ppl might give me shit and say there is no different but I taste it.. Bit pricy but worth it

Not about the taste bro.
The hens are fed a different diet to normal chooks and the end result is the yolk is full of essential omega 3 fats.
Definitely worth the extra $

then tell them steve said they are idiots if they don't think there is a difference. its like putting a fish in a pond full of shit and pesticide runoff vs. a fish in a clean spring and eating the fish. same thing.

the hens are running around feeding on bugs, worms etc. vs. hens in a cage walking around in shit and eating soy and cornfeed. no comparison.

Well I'm def sticking with these then. I def can taste a difference in them so they are well worth the money.

Steve is there a certain amount you eat of them a day. I stick between 6-10 whole eggs. Is that to much??? Just worried bout cholesterol levels.

For me its a waste of money since i throw the yolks out maybe keep one just for some fats, not to mention how stupid expensive these free run omega eggs are.. They're 6$ just for a dozen of them.. normal ones are 2.70..

Many ppl can't afford it and that's ok... Whatever you have to do to grow and eat.. I dont spend my money on many luxuries so buying my organic food is my luxury.. And if ppl really don't believe there is a difference in nutrition and taste then those ppl are crazy an can believe what Monsanto and bill gates tells them about GMOs

where the hell do you shop? tell me the name of the place and the city so i can call them up and confirm this cause its the most silliest thing i've ever heard. you are telling me cage free eggs cost more than twice as much?

you can buy omega cage free eggs at like 5 different places where i live and they cost 2.79 for a dozen. regular eggs cost 1.99 and i've even seen them go for 2.49.. so the difference is pocket change. hell even whole foods which is expensive as fuck sells them for under 3 bucks a dozen.. so no idea where you came up with $6 lol.

even walmart sells cage free eggs now. find a new place to shop. or find a local farmer who sells them.

it boggles the mind how people waste money on stupid shit and they won't spend an extra 80 cents on a simple improvement to their diet. either you are gonna get serious about this shit or you will continue struggling
