These were posted on another board, and I thought some here would enjoy, and all here can learn....note most of the physiques. Does anybody still think 1-3 reps won't build muscle, and you can't get strong AND grow muscle, and squatting multiple times a week is 'overtraining' and will atrophy your legs, and one needs to debate the merits of TUT and superslow reps and mind-muscle connection to grow, and that strength training makes you teh fat? lol
