Hey, i'm currently a high school football player and we generally form our workouts around the bench, squat, and power clean. I'm currently around 6', and i'm hoping to at least add a few more inches before I graduate. What i'm somewhat concerned about is the cleans and squats, and if they'll stunt my growth. And if they will, how many reps can I still do without hurting my height?
