At a bodyweight of 102kg, I snatched 122.5 and clean and jerked 150kg.
I was 41 at the time, I never had a coach. A back injury set me back for a couple of years and I am ready to get back to the OL's. Just been squatting (front and back), benching, close grip benching, RDL's, deadlifts, shrugs, dips. In fact, I back squatted 225kg for a triple last week (a PR) . I'm ready to rock and roll.
