What's the best approach to olympic lifting?

Right now I'm doing front (oly style) and back squat ass to the grass
overhead press and DL

What's next?

I don't have a trainer and nobody in my gym can tell me if I use a proper form (nor what is the proper form)

I thought I would start with Power Cleans and overhead squats

I would start by doing LIGHT overhead squats snatches and hang snatches. One thing people dont factor in when they start, is shoulder flexibility. You need to be able to lock the bar out above and sometimes behind your head. PNF stretches are key (google). I would also recommend snatch grip deadlifts. These will def. Help you get the first part of the snatch down, which in my opinion is the hardest oly lift to master. If you have access to a reverse hyper use it.
