I am 50 years old. Have experimented with steroids for 3 years. What I have found
1. more tha 300 a week of test will add water weight and slow you down
2. Best amount of Test E is 200 devided into two injections each week.
3. Anavar slows me down for any hard cardio. I get very tight and tired. I can do s-l-o-w efforts on anavar
4. Always take anavar with some test
5. Clen makes me very jittery even on small (20 and lower) amounts.
6. EQ gives me anxiety. Real bad before a race.
7. Lifting one day a week is needed . If you don't you delvelop muccle imbalances.
