I have some old test and eq, that I have left over from a cycle from last summer. It is about a half bottle each. Is it still safe to use? or should I toss it out. Will I get a serious bacterial infection if I use it?

I’ve used gear 3 years past expiration and got plenty swole.

Dude, guys use 10 year old gear and it hasnt lost any potency. You are fine as long as it was stored properly.
