It all depends... would this be HER first cycle? If so, start out with 5mg split... after about 2-3 weeks increase to 10mg and stay there for another 10-12 weeks. I'm an advocate of long low dose cycles so this is JMO.

In that case you're better off with Papervar... is this for a bridge? Are you going to stack it with anything? A minimum dose IMO would be 40-50mgs ED.
