Hello -

I have not been on "the boards" in years. I first joined a AS discussion board back in the late 90's. It was a discussion board run on a Linux server by a guy named Ian - Varix.com? I had many friends and enjoyed many hilarious posts by many of the board members. - Train - Crash - Dawg from san diego - RIJKMUS - That dude from Minnesota that sold conversion kits- Animal? I live in the Northwest, in my mid 40's. Started lifting weights at age 12. Competed in drug free contests in the West in the early 90's. Lifted on and off since getting married and starting a family in the midd 90's. Been lifting hard for 1.5 years now after a 2 years lay off. When I first discovered the discussion boards back in the 90's, I found an article entitled "Steroids for Life" by Nelson Montana. Nelson proposed that you could do a continuous lifetime cycle if you followed his system. Nelson proposed that a man could do cycles of 2 weeks of fast acting AAS -(Test Prop, Winny, Anavar, Euqi, etc.) followed by 4 weeks off. I often take 4-6+ weeks off. Arimidex is taken during the 2 weeks and for a week after cycle. I have been away from the game for a long time now and would appreciate some advice on the latest accessory supplements that will help me keep my gains. I also take C60, green coffee bean and rasberry ketones everyday. I am old enough to get T-patches/T-Gel. Are they worth a shit?

You have some of that information wrong bro. Never said fast acting, never said 4 weeks off. Never said anything about adex. And the name of the 1997 article was "Steroids For Health."

T-Gel is fine f you want to pay a lot for a low dose of T. As for supplements, go with a combo of UNLEASHED/GEAR and BRIDGE for now, along with some serious training.
