Has anyone tried this method?I have been thinking about trying it out for a little bit to see how it goes. By reading it, I like how it sounds because I really need to add size to my legs and right now I am looking to bulking up fast. My only question is how does work out go for your biceps and triceps?Do arms grow sufficiently with this work out. I believe you do barbell curls once a cycle. Also is the work out Mon Wed Fri adn then rest til Mon again or start over on Sat.??Thanks for any input
 
I think its a very solid routine. Plenty of volume and intensity, compound exercises, high frequency...

Don't worry about your arms, they'll take care of themselves since you're doing plenty of compound exercises.

I'd play around with the organisation of some of the exercises, but generally everything would stay fairly similar if I were doing the program.

Give it a go and let us know how it turns out :)
 
I take it you only work out Mon,Wed, and Fri....or do you just take a day off and start the cycle over on Sunday?
 
From Zero....with this work out, how is the growth on your arms.....I have never had a problem growing my back and chest...but I have chicken legs and skinny arms.....I am hoping this workout will pack on size to my legs and arms....hopefully not too much fat

My arms are the same way bro. It's tough to get the fuckers to grow.

If the 5x5 doesn't work, you can always play around with the volume a bit. It ain't set in stone.

As for your legs, they WILL grow. This program is set around LOTS of heavy squats.
