Just about 3000 questions, I am 41 5'10' 250 about 24% body fat. I did 2 cyxles of test injectables 20 years ago and plan on getting into some old timers powerlifting/bench pressing. I was able to get my hands on some sus 250 and 10 mg dbol. Any suggestions on how to stack it?? Will I be able to reduce body fat??? 20cc of test 400 10 mg dbol total just to much info for my old mind to try and figure out any help would be appreciated.
 
Sust 250 week 1-10 400mg
D-bol week 1-4 35 mg ED



Ramp the D-bol, start at 5, 10, 15, go up a little at a time, daily for a week and go slow.

The Test you will see nice gains at 400mg, that is twice or three times what I did on my first cycle.

None of the gear will do anything, but give you strength,

At 24% body fat, diet and cardio will be the only steps helpful to reduce fat and fat percentage.


You could see a change in appearance using that much test


It depends upon your training, diet, etc…………………..

Do some research, a lot of research, gear has changed, do this and buy everything

Before you start or inject or swallow anything.

Thanks for the help. I have been researching about 3 months and plan about 3 more months of research before I begin. Also trying to figure out the best way to get my post cycle gear. Any suggestions on good reads. As far as the work out I have been in the gym for 20 years missing small blocks for minor injuries but pretty much getting close to my natural limits on my lifts. Still doing some local outlaw touch and go bench press meets and recently did 385 raw. Wanting to wait to start because i still think I can naturally increase my pull and squat. Thanks for the not old remark I feel younger already
