well i have been on the bike for 2 weeks---the guys on mt bikes with a double kid carrier still pass me on the flats!!!

i cut the sleeves off my jersey so i should be a lot faster....

I'm 25lbs heavier than last year, I've been taking it easy. Deer creek canyon up from chatfield reservoir to evergreen is a good way to get back into it. We averaged 6mph last year, lol.

i think i would average that down hill--i am up about 30--some good, some not so good.

i am doing flats for another few weeks to get my legs back....and so i do not get the hrm blinking & beeping at "182"

3'' on my waist. I was ridiculous last summer, I got down to 180 lbs when I was riding 50miles a day. I couldnt keep weight on if I tried.
