Old Doctors vs Young

I need to find a GP, should i look for a old guy w/ years of experience or someone who maybe up to date on the newest medicine with a guy recently out of school? Any tips overall or should i just pick a name out of a hat?

I think it's hard so say. I've clicked with some older dr's and not with others. Same with younger dr's. I think the key is finding someone who actually listens to you instead of throwing meds at you and making you feel rushed.

Do you know anyone else who goes to the same clinic? You should ask around because it's wonderful to have a GP who gives a damn.
