Power Clean (to 1rm)

220 x 1
240 x 1 PR!
250 x 1 PR!
266 x miss (twice)

Snatch (to 1rm)

155 x 1
155 x 1
165 x 1
175 x 1 PR!

Overhead

185 x 6 push press
225 x 3 jerk
225 x 3
225 x 3

Front Squat

225 x 5
235 x 5
245 x 3 PR!
225 x 5

Finished up with abs and calves

Feel bad for me tomorrow:D

isn't me either, i set a pr on power cleans in the warm up area at nationals, cleaned 185:) hahahahaha
i am gonna add some cleans in soon i think
