Okay, once again.....cycle problems!

Argghh....Once again I seem to be having issues with my current 1st cycle (500mg test/week in week 6). In anticipation of my dbol (to taper off my cycle with), I started L-dex at .5mg EOD one week to two weeks ago....my weight has dropped from 214.5 to 211 and now recently to 206-207, I know dropped alot of water, I can definitely look and feel it and I piss a shitload more than I did before I started the Ldex. Whats bothering me is the fact that Ive been stuck on 206-207 for about 4-5 days now and my weight is slowing dropping...I am thinking the Ldex has greatly reduced or even stopped my gains by reducing too much E, I may drop it to .25mg EOD or drop it all together....any takers here??? I know the problem isn't eating as I am eating alot and eating often! My diet has allowed my to gradually go from 187-214 but it seems I cant gain past 206-207 anymore. Add in the fact I am having some severe shoulder joint problems which have really hindered my workouts (bought some MSM/Glucosamine for it), my cycle seems to be heading for the worst! K for help.
 
You seemed to have put on a considerable amount of wait even though you are stuck at that point. Some people dont even gain that much on cycles so your gains are good, also some people stop gaining half way through but strenght still goes up, that is indeed mostly water that you have lost, and you do not want to get big all at once I think that is excellent gains and you probably look bigger now that you have lost that water, besides if you get to big you will have stretch marks and your body will have a hard time keeping all that wieght after you stop thats why you should do it little at a time. If anything I would back up the liqu do .25 eod and maybe trying to eat more (you got to relize you have gained more wieght therefore your body needs more food then the orginal amount you started with)

Its quality muscle, not smothed over muscle you want

But what about the slow decline in weight? Believe me, I am eating TONS! 300g-400g protein a day! 3000-4000 calories! Lol, just a little frustrated here, first it was my hair and now its this!
 
yea i know how you feel its always something no matter what you do. Thats a good amount of protien however you wieght 207 and you say you are bulking well the average for bulking is 20xbw which would be 4140 cals, see if uping to 4500 will help however its tough to do I have trouble at 3600 with work and family!

Throw school into the mix and I have school, work, family to deal with! Ill be lucky if I can get in 3000! Thanks for you advice man, you got some k coming your way! Any others have suggestions?
 
well, its a good experience to see how u react...how far into ur cycle are u? what is left? try MRP, cuz i am at school, and a lot of times, i am able to get an adequate amount of protein, but find calories very hard to come by
 
I mean if I am atleast consuming a great amount of protein and adequate carbs then shouldnt that be enough for lean growth as opposed to an all out bulked gained from a large amount of calories? I eat every 2-3 hours with protein in every meal. I wouldn't mind if my weight was slowly increasing but it isnt. Ill try holding on the Ldex till I recieve my dbol to see how much my weight jumps by.
 
Even at 0.5 mg eod, I bet your estrogen levels are still above normal values.

I have heard of guys using 1mg ED (and a similar test dosage to yours) and getting bloodwork done, and estrogen levels still coming back above normal.

I think what i'm getting at is I doubt a lack of estrogen is hindering gains -- well not significantly anyway.

Its a very good amount of protien, and the cals should be enough for you to grow off of. (There is a possibility that this is not the case however)

The most educated guess I can make is that you are still loosing a bit of water (it's actually quite suprising how much water the body holds), and gaining mass at the same time. So although the scale doesn't say anything, you still may be making progress.

If your strength is increasing, and your training form is still good, i'd say thats a good sign of progress. So how does the strength look? Still increasing?
 
You're not taking that much l-dex. What was your starting weight?

So many variables, stress, sodium intake, caloric intake, training...
MAybe you just hit a sticking point. I would say the first realistic step is to increase your calories. I don't know how people figure it's so hard. protein sources such as eggs or tuna are light on the stomach comapred to putting back chicken or beef. Carbs are so easy to OD on. Throw in MRP's and protein powders and it makes it even easier. If my metabolism allowed, I'd eat mad calories every day.
 
3-4000 cals isnt alot at all. i have been taking in hella more than that with work and school. shovel that shit in bro. i would drop the ldex if you are only using it for bloat. if you are getting gyno symptoms i would just use nolvs. when i am trying to bulk i dont mind a little bloat
 
dude just drop the ldex...if you are worried about hair loss, well you have to deal with it. Every single fuckin drug as a side effect amd every person react different. You were not so lucky there. Water loss and lack of estrogen is what is fucking your gains. You need that estrogen and that dht. Anyway, what was yur starting weight before cycle?...It seems you've gained some good pounds...

I know 3-4000 isnt alot, but I am trying my best to do bulk as cleanly as I possibly can...shit I can hit the 6000 mark if I wanted to but I find that when I up my calories too much it becomes so much harder to cleanly bulk.

As for strength, yes it is still gradually increasing (nothing significant though) but due to my shoulder joint problem all I could do was really light weights on yesterdays workout. I'll drop the Ldex for now and see how things go, hopefully they'll get better.
I do believe that .5mg was very strong dose for me as I was pissing all water I was holding (I would wake up at night only to piss gallons)....the Ldex wouldnt let me hold any water at all. If the bloat gets really bad again, Ill just run it at .25mg a day. BTW I started at 187 and I worked my way up to 214, with the Ldex it became 207.....:(
