um, idk. schizo's hear voices and shit. i'm usually doing all of the talking...this is part of my ritual for the last year. i wake suddenly in the middle of the night after maybe 2-3 hours of sleep and don't go back to bed until i take my happy pills....

i don't kow how they expect people to ever want to quit something that pretty much eliminates any kind of stress in a matter of moments. i've been on these for over a year, nonstop & most of my anxiety now comes from the prospect of having to stop one day...

I don't think I have ever had those. I'm a chicken shit when it comes to taking anything because I tend to have a very addictive personality. I was addicted to nose spray at one time for christ sake....who the hell does that?
There are MANY days I would love to get my hands on some happy pills.
