Okay, I got too big

This thought has been in my mind for a bit but this wknd out with friends confirmed it...I really think I got to big off my this cyle...first 10 weeks was eq/tren/test eth and these last 10 weeks are eq and var...I did swoles diet and dropped 6 lbs. at first but then I packed on 15 lbs. while dropping 3% BF...I was going for the "JAcked up look" and not the bodybuilding look because I'm only 5'8" and too much size on me makes me look goofy, I was thick to begin with..I now weigh 212 at 9% bf and feel uncomfortable being this size...I cant fit into any shirts, my flexibilty is non existent and I even have family telling me I bulked up too much...I am thinking of going straight keto with cardio twice a day, I would forgo size for a more astetic look...Any ideas on how to help me cut down on the bulkiness? I am currently training one body part a day, 4 days on one day off..thanks
 
Man adding 15lbs and droping 3% bodyfat ait bad. I got to a point where I was too fat, started a ckd and everything has been well since.
 
Well, first let me say that you probably know more about gear, and for that matter training, than me by hearing what you have accomplished size wise. I will take a shot at it though.

My training program is solely focused on cutting. I cycle Primo and Winny tabs. 400mg/week of injectable Primo and 50mg/day of Winny tabs. No anti-estrogen needed. I don't eliminate carbs but rarely eat more than 25g/day of carbs. I intake approx. 300g/day of protein. I get 4 hard weight workouts per week and one light weight workout which was preceeded by an intense cardio workout that morning. For that cardio workout I run the entire stair system at a large university stadium. I also do several lighter cardio workouts during the week. Mostly just some stationary bike in the gym after the weights. As far as diet, probably the same thing you already know... chicken breast, tuna, fish, etc...

Hope you might have got a little help from this anyway.

shit, i always get girls asking me "is that guy on steroids", "his head is smaller than his body", or "he is TOO big". then i'm all about the what about me kinda thing. being that they always compliment me on my "muscles" and call me hercules and all the names we get called. then they answer with the "your just right" answer. makes me feel like a mens health mofo. i'd like a "you got too big" (not fat around the belly big) comment every once in a while. :D guess if your short AND have a tiny structure.....your never gonna look thick like the heavier boned guys. everyone comments on my muscles but i never look like i am on steroids! godddamnit! i want to be accused! lol. :FRlol: didn't help you any, but this is the other side of the coin story for ya. :p
 
Yeah I know the grass is always greener on the other side...I get comments all the time which I do enjoy...however I just don't feel comfortable being as big as I am..it seems like I even try to cover it up sometimes...not being able to touch your back isnt that cool..also whenever you wear a shirt you pit out because it hugs your body to much and your arms can't breath kind of sucks..The comments are great but just dont feel healthy being this bulky

yeah,i got really big naturally once and pretty fat around the belly for that matter. and felt like a fireplug and dumpy and fat. i did not like it. there is only so far a guy 5'8" and under can go before he looks to big, even if he is in good shape. i feel i look better than a bunch of guys around here that are shorter than me and weigh the same or more than me and are in great shape cuts wise. i got the big chest syndrome here though, so i feel you on the tight shirt thing. my veins on my arms look like they are gonna burst sometimes if the shirt is too tight around the chest even though the sleeves aren't that tight. :D

I know exactly what your going through.Three yrs ago i did a durateston/deca/winstrol cycle, and bcame very uncomfortable with my body.The only time i wasn't uncomfortable was in the gym.I just stayed focused,let the water retention go down,and evrything seemed to work out
