This thought has been in my mind for a bit but this wknd out with friends confirmed it...I really think I got to big off my this cyle...first 10 weeks was eq/tren/test eth and these last 10 weeks are eq and var...I did swoles diet and dropped 6 lbs. at first but then I packed on 15 lbs. while dropping 3% BF...I was going for the "JAcked up look" and not the bodybuilding look because I'm only 5'8" and too much size on me makes me look goofy, I was thick to begin with..I now weigh 212 at 9% bf and feel uncomfortable being this size...I cant fit into any shirts, my flexibilty is non existent and I even have family telling me I bulked up too much...I am thinking of going straight keto with cardio twice a day, I would forgo size for a more astetic look...Any ideas on how to help me cut down on the bulkiness? I am currently training one body part a day, 4 days on one day off..thanks
