Do 500 mg of sust a week in two injections. Phenyl prop has a half life of one day, so you need to hit that sust at least twice a week. This will also give you better test levels mid cycle when the long ester is starting to drop, too.

ok great 2 questions though: When should i do the two injections for sust and should I keep the Test 200 the way it is or should i change it?
