W7 -- 400 - 500 - 50/d.
W8 -- 400 - 500 --------
W9 -- 400 - 500 --------
W10 - 400 - 500 --------

I prefer to use some kind of antiest. throughout the cycle. Wich one would be the best - nolvadex or armidex?

Stats:
21 years
100kg
183cm
2 cycles before (deca400+Omna500).

wanna gain around 10kg.
don´t wanna get extremly bulky.

So what do you think will this cycle do it???

Personally, I think it looks pretty solid. However, I'm no expert so I'll bump this for you. I think you should have an anit-e on hand. Always a good idea. I'm only familiar with nolva. As far as arimidex is concerned, I'll leave that for the experts.

I think that is a solid cycle. Use Arimidex/Liquidex at 1/4 tab/.25mg every other day through out your cycle. Good Luck!
